For me, my Jeeps are my primary all-weather driver, as will be the new 392 and my Vettes are the nice-weather only vehicles. Being in the Southeast we don't deal with a lot of snow, so I don't even do the full winter storage thing with the Vettes...they just go into mini-hibernation when there is a reason for the salt trucks to come out until the salt washes away. Otherwise, the Vettes are out year-round in nice weather.

One of my personal complaints is no one has touch up paint pens for the little chips on the front of Jeep. Grill is not a big deal but the hood edge is generally where it chips anyway.
You might check into the Dr. ColorChip touch-up kits, if you've never tried one. I've used them for years and they work very well with excellent paint match. I'm a fan of XPEL (or similar) PPF to keep the chips down, but I know that not everyone likes to go that route.

I couldn't imagine not driving a Wrangler in the snow. Living in the NE I just wash under the Jeep very frequently during the winter.

If you plan to keep the vehicle less than 10 years and drive the wheels off of it, who cares.

For stuff you want to keep, there's no way in hell I'd drive it in the winter. Been there, done that, and my answer was to move somewhere harsh winters and salt aren't a thing. Screw that noise.

The only car I ever parked for the winter was my old 1996 Mustang Cobra.

Now we don't even park the Audi for the winter. The quattro is AMAZING in snow.
For many years now I've had something hibernating in the garage during winter. Now the Rubicon 392 has replaced the sports car, but will I be able to drive it through the winter hell.

In VA we don't normally get that much snow (you gotta catch it early) but when we do I purposely go out for a drive, especially while it's coming down, and have a gosh dang BLAST! Jamming down to some form of industrial metal or quiet riot (bang your head!!)?

I do a very thorough rinse at the power wash station afterwards.

NOPE, jeep lives outside full time and gets use all year in all weather. Besides with the mouse infestation in our garage, the jeep is safer outside where it's cold.

I’ll play along. My 2021 with 6100 miles on it has never been on a winter drive. It’s getting cold here in WNY, I’ll probably put the roof on by Thanksgiving to keep out dust and blowing leaves. It is a garage princess.

The simple solution for those of you in the rust belt is to buy a second, one for winter and one for summer. :like:

Today, November 9th and it was 82 degrees. I’ve gave up on snow, now I’m hoping it gets cold enough to kill the mosquitos.
