Do you have a view from the front? I have the same winch bar and was thinking of mounting up there but kinda like this better.

I looked at mounting them on the bolt to the outside of the hooks but thought this looked better.

I’ll take a dead straight on this evening. Anything special you want to see?

Here is an alternative way to mount on a stock bumper (2nd photo). This is the BD mount for a stock plastic bumper. 1st photo is after a deer strike.

I want to wire the backlight into the running lights. Any suggestions on where to grab the tap?

Get a fuse tap and go into one of the empty fuses that operate when the engine is on (same circuit as the DRL). I tapped into fuse F50. See my initial post below:

I did that initially I just wanted to make them flash whenever I lock the vehicle

I hooked up my Hi/Low beams to the aux switches as well, but have not connected the backlight portion just because I haven't had time to dig into the wheel well liners. Tapping a fuse would be a 5 min solution.

Also on the back of your fuse box top is the listing and what the main function is.

First pic is the stock high beams, second pic is the LP6 high beams. These things are insanely bright.

So based upon your pics above, are the low beam lights on when the high beam lights are on? I know BD says not to run them both together. But your pic above shows all lights on when the high beams are on. What am I missing? Thank you. They look great.

No, low beam cannot be run at the same time as high. My low is hooked up to aux 1 and high to aux 2, and I use the lockout harness so even if I hit both by accident it’ll force high only. Only difference between low and high is that a few more of the LEDs are lit (2 vs 6, see my first pics on this thread). Pic above is a comparison of stock high beam vs LP6 high beam.
