Great news. Do you know if the defroster recall updates the BPCM as well? Reason I am asking is I have two 4xe's. One with the B9A and the other doesn't. I just wondering if the non B9A one also has that capability now with the defrost update.
I didn't mention that I live in a 40 unit multipurpose condo and my parking spot is in the basement of the building. If I lived in a single family residence then this recall would be a non issue.
Being on the HOA board also adds so complexity to the situation. It's a $50 million building. The...
On two occasions Jeep Cares told me that I should have taken the risk if I didn't have a place to park for free. QUOTE " Only 8 have caught fire and 6 of those were changing. Just don't charge it.
BS advice!
Yeah, if I didn't have a parking space in my building it would have been $250. I have two 4xe's and I am glad the second isn't affected or the second permit would have been $900 on top of the $450.

They don't...
I have a 2022 4xe Rubicon that weights about 6200# (About 40# heavier in the rear) Running 2.5" Metalcloack springs and control arms. Fox 2.5 Performance Elite Series with the Accutune Duel Sport Tune.

I run the Fox 2.5 with the Duel Sport Tune from Accutune on my 6200# 4xe.
Firm but not harsh on the pavement. I had an emergency situation with a vehicle running a stop sign and I had stand on breaks and maneuver to avoid the collision with the vehicle and then I had to get it back on the...
The question I am going to ask my dealership is if I can I park my 4xe in their lot until this recall issue is resolved. I have place no safe or secure to park it to meet thier recall.
