Hi folks, trying to diagnose why my aux switches (factory installed) on the 2018 Sahara aren't functioning. It's as if the switch isn't getting power (already checked per the TSP that the switch housing IS in fact snapped closed). When pressed no amber light and I also notice when the headlights are on everything on the dash has a backlight EXCEPT the aux switches as seen here:

Does everyone else have backlights on the aux switches? Thanks!

Definitely suggests that it is not receiving power. Swing by the dealer and see if they have some insights, or will open a warranty service to figure out the problen

I'm thinking the same, fuses check out, I think the switch crapped out even though it was never used. Probably need to pull it out and check it with a meter, etc. Already had it apart per the TSB. Not big on going to the dealer if I can diagnose it here.

Do they light up when pushed with the engine running?

Have you checked power at the fuse box?
I checked the fuse but didn't actually check voltages. I'll get at it with a test light. Have you seen these Jeeps not have wiring integrity at the fusebox before?
Thaks

Not on this year model yet, but bad power modules are very common. It’s most likely that your switch bank is bad though.

I ordered one last night. Doesn't seem like it would be the culprit but the troubleshooting sure points to it. I'll let everyone know what happens.
