Did that just pop up randomly or did you notice it cycling through the menu options?I never noticed this before but I wonder if this is what's causing the Aux Switches to shut off. They were off at this point but came on later.
I wonder if this can be corrected with the "AUX battery delete/bypass"?

It only appears for a very brief time. Maybe a second or two at most. I haven't seen it since. But seems odd
It'll vary depending on multiple factors, including the JL's estimate of temperature and battery condition, plus the electrical demands of vehicle systems.
No issues with mine for weeks then yesterday the same issue as posted above "temporarily unavail.". After driving a few minutes it was back on automatically. ?!?!?!
This is my understanding. If your battery voltage, prior to starting, is below a certain threshold, the Auxillary switches will be unavailable. Once running the charging system brings the battery voltage above the threshold and the Auxillary switches become available. If this happens consistently it could mean your battery is nearing end of life, it is not being driven often and long enough to be fully charged, or something is draining thd battery with the engine off.
The battery is not related to my issue. Never received the warning and my voltage has always been in the normal range. Also, mine has been turning off since I started using the switch when the vehicle was still fairly new.
Ok I was responding to @wjcubellis who I thought was getting the aux switches unavailable message temporarily on start up.
