Are LED headlights worth $900?

I’ve had LEDs and xenons on every vehicle except the Jeep (initially). Compared to halogens, LEDs will be brighter and offer more clarity. They are good lights but LEDs w/ halos aren’t worth $900. For that price they should be adaptive turning, auto high beams, and or heated. If you like the look/design/brand/warranty etc that’s a separate consideration.

You actually do get auto high beams when you order the Advanced Safety Group.

Where I live if you get caught using off road only lights on the public roads, it's more than a $500 fine.

I never said to use them on public roads. But enjoy your $900. LEDs!

You don't need to spend $900 on LEDs. After recommendations on this forum, I spent $40 on these LED headlights and $27 on these LED fog lights. Installed all four in about 50 minutes and love them! (By the way, Amazon will claim they don't work with a JL Wrangler, but they do.)

$900 led's are great when you can afford them.

I do not think I am the one whos butt hurts here! I was just giving my opinion. Do what you like make it your own and enjoy your Sahara.

I had never had LED's on a vehicle until I just traded for my 2019 Ram 2500 and they are incredible. The next day I ordered Headlight Revolution SV4 bulbs for my JL. They are probably not as good as the factory LED's but a huge improvement over the stockers.

Are your high beams really high with the Mopar Leds? Also, I have a 219 sport and when it’s mid 30 degrees, the passenger headlamp takes a little bit longer to turn on.

Are your high beams really high with the Mopar Leds? High as in 30ft of darkness in Front of vehicle? The low beams sit just perfect and high beams seem like projectors. Adjusted them multiple times. I think it’s amazing how the Leds make the jl look meaner and more futuristic than the non led models. I’m not insulting the non led look as some like the older Halogen Jeep look better. Like I’m not a fan of the led taillights, they look too over styled IMO.

Not to me, but others will disagree with that. It's all personal preference. I still have my stock halogens.

I've never had LED's, so maybe not sure what I'm missing. I'm trying to build out my JLUR as a 50th birthday gift to myself and adding those pushes me over 54k
