Most likely, no. From everything I can tell, this is an issue with unconnect. Android, iPhone, usb type, OS version, etc donāt seem to have much (if any) bearing on the issue. Unless a unconnect update is released to resolve it, odds are we have to live with it.Have the same issue with my 2020 dodge challenger with uconnect 7ā does anyone know how to fix it?
Did the dealer ever help you out? Did the video help them at all?Having the same issue - finally was able to record it happening and taking it to Jeep dealer tomorrow AM.
Iāve been having the issue on my 18 JLU since beginning of 2019. Dealer couldn't replicate so it was never fixed. Figured Iād try to look at firmwares to help narrow down the possibilities, Iām currently running 1848.24Iāve got it too on my 2020 7ā the dealer changed my radio I told them itās a software issue no cure Iāve changed cords and ports and phones and the worst part is itās hard for the dealer to even get it to do it to justify the labor
This was the challenge I ran into as well, it's very difficult to get this issue to trigger when you want it to, aka, at the dealership. Just curious, did them replacing the radio resolve the issue for you? I agree, this appears to be software not hardware, but if it DID resolve the issue for you, curious if it's a different firmware version than the rest of us have that resolved it.Iāve got it too on my 2020 7ā the dealer changed my radio I told them itās a software issue no cure Iāve changed cords and ports and phones and the worst part is itās hard for the dealer to even get it to do it to justify the labor

I'm very sorry to hear this. Have you had a case open for this concern? If not, I would be happy to help! Please send us a private message.Really interested to see if there is a fix. I have tried both USB type C and USB type A and both do the flickering. Also I am on Android.
Hey Allison, to be honest it is really hard to get that on video. I am not sure how I would even begin to explain that to my dealer.I'm very sorry to hear this. Have you had a case open for this concern? If not, I would be happy to help! Please send us a private message.
