  1. New Gorilla glass is stupid $$$$

Get windshield insurance with your insurance company. My windshield broke from a rock after 3 years of ownership and safelite replaced and I paid $50 deductible and I asked for gorilla glass and they installed it.
  2. 392 takeoff suspension on a regular rubicon

This is how it looked with 37” and the 392 suspension. I think you will be ok if you do not flex it much or if you don ride with people in the backseat.
  3. 392 takeoff suspension on a regular rubicon

I gained 2” with the 392 suspension and had 35s at the time. When I installed “37s” (36” actual measurement) it was ok until I had people sitting on the back of the jeep. With 4 adults and i child, the jeep was rubbing the rear fender liners and that is when I switched the suspension to a...
  4. 392 takeoff suspension on a regular rubicon

I installed the regular 392 suspension with no bump stops. Had tons of up-travel. I flexed it and had about 1/4” till bottoming out the shock. Later I went with synergy bump stops that are adjustable and added only 1” to be safe.
  5. Another death wobble...beating it to DEATH!

I installed a rubicon 392, which in my setup the jeep gained about 2”. My wobbles started after I installed the fox TS stabilizer. Eventually I installed a clayton 3.5” lift and the wobbles were worst. I started by adding the synergy steering brace, rpm steering 2.5 ton draglink and tierod...
  6. I did "all" the 2.0 power upgrades

Yes. Big difference. If that’s the case. This thing would be a rocket with your ecu tune. Only with this racechips intake and exhaust I can feel that there is a big difference from stock. What I don’t like about the ecu tune is having to send my ECU. Do you sell them already tuned? I would like...
  7. I did "all" the 2.0 power upgrades

I have the 2.0 with the holly intake, AWE axle exhaust and the racechips “tuner”. The jeep moves quick and I have 37s. I wonder the comparison between the OP ecu tune vs the racechip piggyback since they also claim 30hp and 60tq.
  8. Death wobble, er...."Shimmy Felt in Front End" issue.

I had the wobbles that never seemed to go away. Here is my thread. Hope it helps. https://www.jlwranglerforums.com/forum/threads/never-ending-wobbles.122442/
  9. What's necessary to run 37's on 2.5" lift?

37s and a 2.5” lift kit and you are set!
  10. Never Ending Wobbles

So finally the Jeep drives how I want it to drive. Better than factory. Like I mentioned when I initiated this post, all started when I installed the Fox TS stabilizer. Maybe this one was bad. I installed the Fox ATS and the difference night and day and no more wobbles on the holes or bumps it...
  11. Never Ending Wobbles

My TS is actually locate in the factory location. Do you think relocating it to the tie rod/trackbar bolt might help?
  12. Never Ending Wobbles

This fox stabilizer is not the adjustable one. If nothing works, I might get the adjustable one.
  13. Never Ending Wobbles

The jeep has a full kit from clayton off road. Everything is adjustable and is adjusted with the clayton instructions. Caster is up to manufacturer specs but I have always seen here in the forums 6° is better. I’ll adjust it to 6° and see if this fixes the problem.
  14. Never Ending Wobbles

The trackbar is solid and it is part of the clayton lift kit. The tires could be a possibility. However, there is no movement on the steering wheel when driving on the highway. I assume an off balance tire will be felt after certain speeds. I can go all the wat to 96mph no problem. I rotate them...
  15. Never Ending Wobbles

Thanks. I already checked all that and is everything fine. Basically all new components. And the wollowed holes if any is resolved by the trackbar relocation brackets and synergy brace. This is why this is driving me crazy because it has brand new everything.
  16. Never Ending Wobbles

    Ok. I will try that.
  17. Never Ending Wobbles

Like many around here, I have a wobble problem around 35-45mph. It does not happen all the time, but every now and then when I hit a bump or a hole with the driver side only, I get the wobbles and I have to slow down. It first started when I changed the OEM stabilizer to the Fox thru shaft. At...
  18. Tips for 392 Suspension Install on Standard JLU Rubicon

I did this swap a wile ago and every one said the same thing. The ride was even better that with the original springs and shocks. Nothing felt weird and I used the suspension for about 30k miles.
  19. 392 takeoff suspension on a regular rubicon

On road drives great. I would say a little stiffer. I need to install the track bar relocation brackets front and rear to have a better ride since the lift introduced bump steer. Clayton claims 4” lift for the 4 cylinder with this 3.5” lift. I haven’t been off road yet but I am sure I’ll do...
  20. 392 takeoff suspension on a regular rubicon

    With the 3.5” lift
