Recently went to Iceland and highly recommend it to anyone who hasn't gone. Everyone was friendly and a ton of scenic spots.

Its hard to miss these off-road capable vehicles as they are all over the place

To start, this is the vehicle fiancé and I rented, Suzuki Jimny. Not a lot of power but it did its job and it looks super cool. Like a baby G-Wagon.

Now for the interesting stuff......

AEV has a big presence over there. Rubicon with massively wide fenders and tires

Lastly, the offroader that took us on a Northern Lights tour. Tires were 40x15.5 haha

Iceland is amazing. My wife and I went several years ago, and I keep talking about going back. We rented a Jimny too, but the previous gen in gold.

Here's a couple shots of the sunset from a rooftop restaurant in Husavik, one of the the Myvatn Nature Baths, and a remote swimming pool (Krossneslaug) on the Strandir Coast.

I loved that place. Went there in 2018. I had just purchased my first Wrangler, a used 2014 JKU. As a matter of fact, I was corresponding with the shop that was installing 4.56 gears on it while in Iceland. I was new to the whole off-road built vehicle thing and was in awe of all the super builds they had over there. I took a couple pics of the awesome builds I saw while there too.
