I to was hoping for a late Sept pickup as we have a beach trip planned.... my dealer told me that it probably would be close but to not count on it, they gave me at most around 3 mos. time frame. I ordered 6/9. Like you after reading the other posts and seeing the time frames maybe it will be Merry Christmas to me ;)
I have another car to drive at the moment but was excited about having it before the trip. :(
Dealers are awful at estimations. I ordered end of January and was hoping for delivery for a road trip in April. NOPE. My build date is 7/15 and I'm now hoping to have my Jeep mid-August. Hang in there. It sucks all around but I'm hoping it's worth it in the end.

Me too.... tree took out my older Lexus GX back in 2019! Shared car with youngest until she moved to GA for College, then "borrowed" my dads 20 yr old lexus with 355k plus miles and been driving that a year now. Wanted something new but couldn't decide, new Lexus? maybe the Bronco? (no hate) Finally decided on the jeep (my favorite body style, boxy with the top options). After waiting so long to finally pull the trigger, I have to wait another 6 plus months :( Wasn't counting on that. Definitely hope I made the right choice and that it is worth it in the end.
This is our second Jeep - bought oldest one a few years back, two door, had the death wobble and her BF eventually totaled it. It was a two door and the doors didn't stay open, top to heavy to take off.... not the best experience. I am hoping with the four door and one touch top I will have a better experience. Fingers crossed!

No, mine shows confirmed. I got a VIN from the dealer but the tracker has at the confirmation box, not scheduled yet. No email. Only Text from Dealer.
It took mine four and a half months to reach scheduled (D1). Gotta be patient.

You really need to be sure about your purchase. I loved the Rubi 4xe I drove back in April and ordered one right away. Last update was that it was scheduled on 6/17. I'm looking at a 2022 Lexus GX 460 at a great price, a 4Runner TRD Pro that is ok, a Timberline at a great price, but I f'n hate the interior, etc. etc. how do people find the fortitude to wait so much to get their cars?

I would guess most people looking to buy a Wrangler, typically don't cross-shop 3 row SUVs. Short of the Bronco, there's not much in the Wrangler's segment.

I just got mine a week ago after an early December order, but it was delayed due to having to go through AEV after being built.

There's nothing else like it.

I'm not the type of person that can walk up to random people and make friends, but damn, that's so incredibly easy with a Jeep. There's local clubs and groups that regularly have people wanting to hit the trails. We've missed meeting times (my screw up) and simply grouped up with another group of Jeeps. New friends!

It's hard to describe. There's nothing else like it.

Is there a method on how jeep goes about their builds? (2\7) Do they just stick their hands in a hat and draw the next build? I know there are other on here that have been waiting for their jeep. I had my order sent to Cara, who has been very helpful. I got an email from her on the 21st saying that my jeep should be going into production between the weeks of 6/20 6/27 which as we can see those weeks have come and gone. My dealer said that I had an ETA of July 6. There has been no update on the tracker or jeep chat well.... I feel like because I have a case open, they won't give me the time of day. It is the lack of communication and the not knowing anything that is annoying. When we ordered the jeep, we signed the papers on the price we would pay and what they would give me for the vehicle that I have now (GREAT) only now with that being said I am over the mileage and losing money. Then Apon doing research I see where the Toledo plant will be closed i believe it's the last week of July. I get it everyone needs time off. How are they going to start the 23 builds next month with they still have unfinished 22s that need to be built. Sorry for the rant.... I am probably a little much.... I am running out of patience.
I have found that the tracking so I got really bad during the month of June. I got my best information from the dealer And also from the Vin trackers. at first I was getting really good tracking and it included the delivery date where they give you that little bar graph One point I could no longer get that information and I don’t know why.. Believe it or not they delivered it on June 27 which is the exact delivery date that the tracker had given me. However between June 4 and June 27 it seems like the vehicle was lost and they couldn’t give me any information. So sometimes there’s no rhyme or reason. I got my extreme recon and I’m very happy with it.. good luck

Been waiting since February 14th. She's been built. I was hoping to read any news regarding delivery delays. I searched the Forum for information regarding picking up a Jeep at the factory, and there is a lot of info out there, but all I could find was conjecture. Has anyone EVER rescued their beloved hostage offspring from the corral?

I know Jeep knows where the units are parked, otherwise it would be impossible to segregate the west coast from the east coast rail deliveries and all those locales in between. . . .

I've read some concerns about picking up the Jeeps at the factor because of the undue burden to those employees trying to assembly the Jeeps. I can't imagine anyone on the assembly line ever likely to see daylight, much less chew the fat with customers during their shift. I'm sure Jeep has security for interlopers - LOL!

You are not the only one. We ordered on 3/28/22 and were stuck on confirmed for months. About a month ago when everyone here was talking about a tracker update I checked and we had moved up to scheduled. I checked with my salesman and he told me we had a ship date of 8/05/22. (But no tracker updates) So I guess we will wait until 8/05 and as what happens.

We ordered our 2018 and it took if I recall 3 months before the Jeeps arrived. The salesman about crapped when the 2014 Escape we haggled and haggled for them to pay off had 10,000 more miles on it then when we did the deal (the guy knew my wife's was a realtor & apparently didn't think about that). They still met the previous agreement as they should have.

We ordered our Wrangler (2 dr, manual transmission) on 4/8/22 and received it June 30th. We were told 6-9 months at one point so we were super excited to get it so "quickly".

Not meant as an insult at all - but since this is the most basic (and traditional) Wrangler ever, they should be able to spit these out quickly.

I'm going to wait a while as I've added almost every option there is... hope I don't give up.

No worries! Not taken as in insult at all! That's why I pointed out the jeep specs. We wanted the most basic wrangler (our second one) and had no choice but to order it cuz they didn't have them on the lot. I meant to reference that they told us 6-9 months and we got it in 2.5. And to the issue about "status" of the build, yeah, no, we didn't get ANYTHING at all either. We just had to wait and then one day got a call that it was in.
