Yeah it’s not there. I wonder if they somehow loaded the wrong Uconnect software onto it. I’ll look into it more later.

They shouldn't have touched the Uconnect software during the RRT updates, though some of these dealerships, who knows what they're doing.

Mine was just finished. I dropped 4xe and picked it up the next morning.

I just had the RRTs and the recall on electric connection completed. They wanted to have the 4xe for all day. It was completed as expected. One thing of note, when I picked the 4xe up at 5 pm I noticed a lot of things were not showing up on my 8.4 inch display, such as sirrusxm radio, hybrid app, tire fill app, temperature readout was either HI or LO with no numbers, AC would only work in Max, and few other things. It seemed liked the radio head end went to base model mode. The Service Advisor scheduled me to come back in the next morning to have it checked out. She did say it may come back on its own after a while. My drive is about 35 minutes from the dealer and it never came back. However, when I started it up to drive it back for the follow up issues, all of the issues were gone and everything was back to fully functional, including the sirrusxm radio. The SA was correct and I told her so when calling them to state I would not be in as schedule. So far, Dick Scott's Motor Mall in Fowlerville Michigan has been one of the top dealers I have dealt with in my over 40 years of vehicle ownership.

Yah, it's overkill, but my appointment also took 3 days.

Mine took a little over 3 hours but that included addressing the ball joints issue. Someone else mentioned ~1.5 hours. Probably just depends if they get working on your vehicle immediately and what the max hours they are cleared to bill FCA. Also, maybe they are addressing the RRT 21-137 fuel cap tether replacement if they have the parts, so it’ll take longer with different technicians working the different things.

My appointment only took about 2 hours. Oil change, 5 tire rotation, RRTs, and they checked the seal and determined it didn’t need to be replaced.

I was also told 3 days when I dropped mine off in the morning, but they were able to finish it in a day. I think they just try to pad it to give them add'l time in case they run into any issues.

Does anybody feel the difference after updates?

I feel the shift up is a little faster than before. and my 4xe can run 7th gear in electric mode. before the updates only get 6th.
