Loving these custom shifter inserts!
Easy to install and completely custom or we have some made up for sale!

Such a small but show stoping mod!

INSTALL:

With a small flat bladed or pointed tool you can carefully pry out the old ones. (you may want to put the edge of a cloth or rag under where you are prying down on the side edge of the shifter to get the plastic out) but it's not mandatory. Once it's out - there is a retainer spring that will either be on the plastic piece or in the center hole. If it's in the hole you can just put the new one in BUT if it's on the plastic piece you took out you'll have to move it to the new metal piece.

Putting the new ones in is easy - they will push most of the way in by hand, at that point I take a cloth again to cover the top of the insert tap it in with a mallet rubber or plastic, so that it sets all the way down in.

We do plan to take some install videos very soon for our website as well! SO stay tuned!

I have these for my shift knob and my transfer case knob. I thought they were expensive, but I really like them.

Would you guys make fun of me if I put the manual trans insert in my automatic shifter?
I mean, not to your face.

Nice, I really like them, but the price is off putting. What if they were aluminum, would that Drive down the price?

I could see getting a set, filling the low spots with enamel or expoxy, then polishing the high areas.

Ok jeez guys I won’t put the manual insert in my auto.

I had a better idea anyway. I always have people complementing and admiring my badass angry eyes grille. Problem is my passengers can’t see it while inside the Jeep. Solution: custom etch of my angry eyes grille in the shifter insert. Try and make fun of me now suckers!
