I got the engine block heater option on my 392, but hadn’t looked for it until today. It was quite the hunt for that plug. I saw the diagram provided by Mopar, but it didn’t help me find it:
Based on that diagram, I thought the plug was probably on the left side of the engine. I looked all over the left side by the battery, etc… couldn’t find it and gave up thinking they left it off. I was apparently wrong.
Later in the day I looked on the right side of the engine, and found what I believe is the block heater plug- see the coiled cord on the left with a tag on it, and the plug (with covered prongs) directly below the tag :
Given that, I suppose I do have it. Living in south Florida though it'll basically be just a decoration LOL. I got it in case we ever sell the 392 or move up north, might be a good thing to have. But have NO plans to sell this awesome Jeep. Love it.
