392 Aux Battery?

Does the 392 have an Aux Battery? I've just started getting an alert message when I start my jeep that the "Aux Switches are currently unavailable - Aux Battery Charging". I got this message in my previous JL (that had the start/stop feature) when my Aux Battery was going bad, but the 392 does not have start/stop. Anyone with similar issue?

That's what I believe. This isn't 392 specific. My 2018 had this happen a few times and I've seen it on our 2019.

Happens when the battery voltage is low. Goes away once it charges up a bit.

Is this a "Daily-Driver" or does it sit for days at a time?

I had the same problem. I ended up ordering a cascadia 4x4 solar panel for the hood and it solved my problem.. my battery is always topped off now

There have been more than a few with 392 daily drivers who needed a replacement battery shortly after getting this alert. If the vehicle is driven regularly and there is not unusual draw on the battery it is an early sign of battery failure.

Looks like you have a 2021. So, battery is about 2 years old. Out here in the desert southwest, that's close to maximum life expectancy. Not sure if NC climate eats batteries also, but I would consider replacing it.

Mine's coming up on 2 1/2 years. Doing a pre-emptive new one this summer. Going with the big Odyssey.

I get that message randomly. I get it after driving it and get it after it has sit for a few days. No rhyme or reason. I keep the battery charged with a Noco genius. Message doesn’t seem to bother anything. But my charger seems to think my battery is fine and goes into trickle mode within a minute of turning it on.

With the Noco, you could try and force a charge for a few hours. I've had a few batteries that acted up on my, and what I needed to do was first the regular full charge, and then "force" a charge to fully revive it. Probably don't want to do this too often, but if the battery misbehaves, forcing the charge will clean it up.

When i got that message on our 21 392. I took it to the dealer and got a new battery under warranty.

So my Jeep is daily driven, but in this case, it had been sitting while I was away for the weekend - 4 days total. After regular driving, the message has not came up in a couple of days.
