I NEVER said anything about there being metal rivets in the fenders. I clearly stated it was a sample on scrap material. And why would I be trying to drill out rivets I just put into my fenders?
I'm going back to the TJ and 392 forums.
Sorry that I was not clear enough. Yes, I was talking about removing the old rivets. I have not started yet, this was a trial on scrap material because I have learned that when trying to remove metal rivets if they spin rather than stay in place when drilling them out they become very hard to...
Old guide but thank you for the detailed steps. I have the same parts on hand and when I did a sample rivet in a scrap piece of metal the rivets just spin rather than drill through. Did you have any issues with that?
How is that better than either getting used to it, hitting the button or disabling it properly? Lol
I dont really care. I have two unicorn Jeeps and neither has it.
I thought I remembered when the JL first came out that you could disable start/stop by disconnecting one of the two hood closed indicator buttons. I'm sure you needed to disconnect the proper one but certainly cant remember that. My Jeep does not have it.
One of my first times off-road I never even came close to full send. When I stopped to air up and had to open the hood I was really disappointed with the mud. I never hit the mud hard but one of the last ones I hit somewhat faster than I wanted. Since then I'm in first gear crawling in the...
My Dometic CFX3 45 leaves less than half and inch both front and rear mounted on the drivers side so if that cooler is slightly longer it needed to be on passenger side.
I only have one and used it for a different project. I was able to verify three would fit. I bought the 50 ah Eco Worthy hoping it would fit but Amazon did not offer a return on that battery so I'm living with it.
I can second that, the Eco-Worthy 50 AH will not fit without raising the floor. This battery is smaller but if you wire three of them in parallel you get even more capacity and they will fit in there.

Yeah you can do that if you run the engine a lot and be confident as long as you have a jump box (which you said you do). I have one in each vehicle I own. Cheap insurance.
My 392 gets driven regularly. Before a recent trip when I plugged my pre-cooled Dometic CFX3 in to the rear power...
I've seen some like that in previous years. I believe those bumper extensions come with the Mopar winch plate if you are going that way for aftermarket winch mounting.
