38" Tire options?

Looking to move up to 38" x12.50 or 38" x 13.50 x17" . Currently on 37" Mickey Thompson Baja Boss MTs and really like this tread but unfortunately MT doesn't make a 38" so I'm looking at options, prefer to go with a Load Range C or D, In an MT or possibly RT type pattern. Am I missing any in this space? There isn't a ton of options but definitely more than there used to be.

Nitto Ridge Grappler 38x12.50x17, Load C , 82 lbs

Nitto Trailer Grappler 38x13.50x17, Load D, 90 lbs

Falken RT 38x13.50x17, Load D,87.3 lbs

Falken MT 38x13.50x17, Load D 92 lbs

Toyo RT Trail 38x12.50x17, Load C, 80 lbs

BFG KM3 39x13.50x17, Load C, 87 lbs
* I know these aren't 38s but BFG tends to run small and I think installed are only about 1/2" taller than most 38s.

Milestar Patagonia MT/02, Load D, not sure on weight.

77.3lb weight. Likely a true-size/taller 38 than a 39

since its a KO3 i bet this is going to be only as tall as what a Mickey Thompson Baja Boss AT 38 would have been with higher tread depth (18/32 vs 15/32).

3 Peak rated isn't a requirement for me. We get a fair bit of snow but I typically don't drive the JEEP much in the winter. I wouldn't sacrifice offroad capability to get a tire that is 3 peak rated if that make sense. I have ran Mickey Thompson 37" Baja Boss ATs that are 3 peak rated and the difference is noticeable in the snow & ice. If that tire was available in a 38 it would be a strong contender. Its very good offroad, except for deep mud, for what is pretty a pretty tame tread pattern. The Falken RTs look really similar to them except w/o as much sipping-----probably why they aren't 3 peak rate like the MT BB.

BFG's claim of 38.5" overall diameter is pretty accurate. I took some measurements of my 39" BFGs before mounting them on my Jeep. Mine measured 38 5/8" tall mounted on a Teraflex Nomad 17x8.5 wheel with 30 psi in the tires.

Here is a 40" Toyo, compared to a 39" BFG, compared to a 37" Cooper.

Did u happen to take a measurement installed with the weight of the JEEP on it? Nitto 38s seem to run about 37" installed@street pressure by most accounts ive read

I have not taken that measurement. Everyone's Jeep is going to weigh different, and mine is a lard ass with all of the recovery gear, tools, and survival gear I carry.
