38" tires?

Hi I have 2022 Wrangler JL sport 3.5 metalcloak gamer changer lift, front Adam driveshaft 1310, re-gear 4.88 with 37s. I was wondering if can put 38s?

Clearance wise the answer is most likely yes, especially with those fenders. Structural wise, have you done anything to beef up your stock Sport front axle housing (including the Cs and ball joints)? Safety wise, have you done anything to upgrade your stock Sport brakes?

If you still have the front M186 you are treading thin ice already on 37s. I’d look at putting that money into a heavier front diff first.

I upgraded metalcloak ball join and steering kit. Pretty soon I need to change my brakes anyways then I will get the bigger brakes. I have a stock axle dana 30. I’m planning to add arb front and rear lockers too

Before you do all that work to a D30 (M186) consider swapping to the D44 (M210). Especially if you are considering going up in tire size.
