Yep- but 5 lbs heavier for 11.50’s. I ran the Toyo’s on stock 7.5” wheels without issue (DT did mount) waiting for back ordered 8.5’s for 7 months 🤨. Rotational mass is not his friend trying to run 35’s. I have seen 285/75/C at 34” with 3.45’s, they look much bigger than 33’s from the pics posted…. (OP hint 😁)
But the Nittos look so good

Stock Willy’s w/ 3.45 gearing but many say it should have the Rubi 4.10 from the factory.

Regearing simple math:

(New tire size / old tire size) * orig gear ratio = new gear ratio.

35 / 32 * 3.45 = 3.77 which isn’t available so round up to 4.10.

that said most agree the rubicon 4.10 hearing is more appropriate for the JL with 32-33” tires so…

35 / 32 * 4.10 = 4.48 so round up to what’s available = 4.56.

37 / 32 * 3.45 = 3.99 so again at least 4.10 but if 4.10 is optimal for 32 - 33” then
37 / 32 * 4.10 = 4.74 so look at 4.88
He still hasn’t mentioned drivetrain, so increase one step if a manual for optimal.

With the 2.0t I think you can get away with 35s and the stock 3.45 gearing. I wouldn't do 37s. The bigger question is why own a Jeep, lift it, and put bigger tires on it while being adamantly against ever going off road? I get some people live in places where it's not much of an option, but you live in Texas. I'm not saying you should jump right into hard core crawling or deep mud bogs, but at least get out and explore some dirt with it? You don't have to do things that risk damage or breaking parts to still use your lifted jeep for what it was built for.

hey it is a jeep chances are it will have issues regardless..........Mickey Thompson's run on the larger size for 35's compared to most but Interco or pitbulls run the biggest.

I appreciate u boss! Heres another thing I do daily drive my jeep on the highway a lot to get to beaches and stuff so I would prefer a quieter tire! But also I know the bfg ko2s are very light and quiet whats wrong with running those if they are a smaller 37 tire compared to a larger 35 tire?

Are these 35's? or 33s? ngl if these are 35's its tempting me more to go to 37's
You may have rubbing with only a 2.5” spacer lift on Willys. My Sport S had a mopar lift that gave me about 3.5” of lift and I still swapped out flares to Rubicon flares to have best fit for 37s. Rubi flares are about 1.5” taller.

35” w/ the Mopar 2” lift that actually give 3”+ lift
Sorry one more thing Are those 35x12.50? or 35x11.50, I dont know why maybe im tripping but the tires look so small for a 35, maybe its just the angle of photos.

I have the same Wrangler as you.
I have 35"x11.5" Toyo AT3's on 17x9 (4.5" backspace) wheels and they fit the Wrangler stock with no lift. I also have 3.45 gears. It's a little slower, 37's would be too big in my opinion on stock gearing. Get a spacer lift like some suggested. You may need wheel spacers if you keep stock wheels.

I have similar thoughts about going to 35’s as well. I have a 23 Willys and installed the Rubicon high rise fenders and 1.75 Bora spacers. Unfortunately I have the 3.45 gearing and no lift. Would like to keep the OEM wheels.
I have sourced a good deal on 35 x 12.50 x 17 KO2’s. Not withstanding waiting for KO3’s, with the set up I have now, would this tire size Work for average highway/beach use? I can always add a 2” spacer lift if it’s needed.

my only issues with the Toyo at3 in 35x11.5-17 is they were a bit short and did have a stupid howl at highway speed. great tires otherwise. I ran the Toyo RT in 35/12.5-17 at the same time and they were actually quieter and a bit taller..also great tires....fuggg I have spent a lot of money on tires over the years lol

I went 66k and 20ish on two sets of ATIII in 35x11.5r17. Never noticed the Howl and really loved them. Was on a 20 JLU Willys Diesel. Really liked the way they rode.
