Posted this in @gnome ’s Yellow Can Club, too:
Hey y’all! Is anyone else on Revkit? If you’re not familiar, it’s basically a place for you to post your mods and pics of your rig. I reached out to them about creating a group for us diesel owners and they’re asking if I know any user names.

I listed them in my build page, but to keep things short the front passenger upper control arm the bolt holding it it was on the inside going out so when removing the bolt was too long getout because of the location of the exhaust. Not sure if having a lift would have made that easier, but it took me quite awhile to bend and clamp down the heat shield to fit it out. When I reinstalled I flipped it to avoid that issue again. The area of concern is not knowing the true flex of some of these components. On the 2.5” rear track bar metal cloakcalls to add a spacer to the bracket. I believe it to be about an inch. When you install there is lless than 1/8” of clearance from the def tank. If that flexes at all there could be damage if not then should be fine I just don’t know yet.

The pic is showing the bolt flipped now but it was facing the other way from factory. Again maybe if I had lift and full set of real tools that might not have been an issue but for me it slowed me down quite a bit

I thought I took a pic of the clearanceof the track bar I guess I didn’t. I will try to get one tonight

I had the same issue. It was up on a 2 post lift so that doesn't change anything. I re-inserted backwards just like you did.

I'm doing the Metalcloak 3.5 Gamechanger, what issues did you run into? What are you areas of concern? Just try yo figure out what to look for when I get to install.

Jeep looks good.
The adjustable end of the rear upper control arms are canted in one direction. That means that you have to rotate them 360 degrees when adjusting. If you adjust 180, they will go in if you force them but they will bind (ask me how I know). Also, the instructions say to put the adjustable end of the rear UCA's to the rear--what they mean is on the frame side which isn't to the rear of the Jeep.

I also had to do a lot of grinding to get the front track bar into the axle bracket. The joint is too big to go into the bracket without expanding the opening on the bottom.

put a fire extinguisher in the back, and I got a coupon for BOGO on the KC cyclones for filling out a survey. I think both are nice to have but hopefully I won't need them out on the trail :fingerscrossed:
the lights have a toggle switch close to the battery

Did you measure how much lift you got out of the 3.5 game changer? I know they say they lose 1/2" from the weight of the diesel. Is that true on your ride?

Put 37" KM3s on my "upgraded Rubicon rims". I like it. No spacers, no rubbing so far. Have an Icon 2.5" stage 2 lift. I like how the tires are tucked into the fenders.

First pic ic with lift and stock tires.

What shocks are those specifically? I've been back and forth about which shocks to go with. But with few diesel specific options, I wanted to ask around about how different shocks performed.
Fox 2.5 race series. We bought a set of these from Accutune, but since the are a month or more out, I bought a set off the shelf as well. Had to send the fronts back due to damage, but the rears are working much much better than the factory shocks, even without valving matched to our specific Jeep.

Been busy over the last week or so..... added some 17” Black Rhino Oceanos with 37” Falken Wildpeak MTs to my Stock Sport S, installed the homelink visor (still have to source power), wired for a trailer hitch(quadratec), rerouted my tag light through the cab and routed through the tailgate for my Motobilt spare tire delete(waiting on the paint shop now). Last but not least, I’m swapping my factory shocks for the FOX rubicon shocks. Can post more pics when it’s all said and done.....
