Let us know what your typical regen interval is.
It shows an average of 582 miles between regens. First gauge bottom PID. I have never noticed it doing a regen but if the data is right it has regened at least 5 times in the 3200 miles I have on it. DPFDIS. Avg Distance Between DPF Regen

That’s very encouraging. The regen process must be more refined than on my 2014 Ram. I’ve been waiting for some obvious sign that my Jeep’s performing a regen, but hadn’t noticed an instantaneous drop in mpg, nor smelled it like I do on the Ram. I have about 1350 miles on the Jeep and expected it to have had a few regens by now.

The Gen2 Ram when stock, was reported to regen about every 200 miles unless under a heavy load. The original factory tune was said to be quite dirty, producing more soot. The GDE tune, which as I understand it, backed off on, or eliminated pilot injection, and made other changes which result in much less soot production. The regen interval with that tune is more like 700 miles.

So I am happy to see your data showing a regen interval to be as high as it is. Am also pleased that apperantly, mine has gone through regens and I didn’t know it.

I had posted a discussion about my Jeep downshifting from 8th to 7th. One day driving home from work, it seemed more apt to downshift than “normal“. I had wondered if it may have been in regen during that time. Having indication of regen status would be nice data to have.

Thanks for sharing your install and data.

I wonder if pulling some of the EGR volume post-DPF is helping to reduce soot buildup too.

2020 Sahara Altitude Bright White EcoDiesel. I like the upgraded factory look. Didn’t go Rubi because I don’t like the red accents and didn’t need the upgrades between models. Also BTW I’m disabled so I use a portable step to enter and exit.

Mods so far:
MOAB decal because I didn’t want the hood blank
Rubicon steel bumpers with brush guard
Rubicon rock rails
Moab sheels
35” BFG KO2s
1.75” wheel spacers
3.0 emblem
License plate relocation bracket
Mopar 3rd brake light relocation kit

Future mods:
KC Flex lights on bumper
KC Cyclone rock lights
Rubicon painted fenders
Rubicon hood (if I find one painted)

I have also never noticed mine in a regen. I am waiting to see it start one and feeling any differences.

Friday was a great day. Got a 3 1/2” lift with 38’s. Wanted to leave a little room for 40’s in the future... maybe

Rock Krawler springs specifically for the Diesel
Went with some cheap Fox shocks for now
The rear links and track bar are 7075 from Wide Open Design and the joints are Ballistic Joints. With the track bar using Krawler joints. I’ve cycled the suspension in the rear and a straight bar works as a trackbar.

Rear uppers are 17” and 2” diameter
Rear lowers are 19 1/4 and 2 1/2” diameter
Track bar is 1 1/4” diameter. Forgot the length of it... sorry

This setup may change as I figure it out and make little adjustments.

With the 38’s it still scoots great for a Jeep. timed it to 9 seconds 0 - 60

this is the straight trackbar.

this next picture shows the straight 7075 link with the stock Rubicon wheel/tire with about 1/2” clearance.
