I finally got around to installing my White Knuckle Off Road rock sliders this weekend. These mount to the frame only and not the cab. So no risk of braking those cab mount bolts.

I ordered these back in November and prayed they fit the diesel JL.

When I was installing, I got hung up on the driver side third mount bolt. The flag nut wouldn’t fit. After an hour and lots of cursing, I remembered the fuel tank was switched to the driver side. So I switched the third rail mounts and viola everything fit like a glove.

Awesome! Can you post a pic of the console box open? I'd like to see if I could fit a ham sandwich in there...

Friday was a great day. Got a 3 1/2” lift with 38’s. Wanted to leave a little room for 40’s in the future... maybe
If you don't mind me asking, what wheels are those? Offset? Any problems with rubbing? Thnx!

Tried to contact you...I am looking at the same wheels and lift and wanted to ask what you would do differently if anything?

38/s on a 3 1/2" lift. No rubbing after I adjusted the rear links.

They are from a company that is no longer in business called Edge Wheels. Edge Off Road was the off road segment of that company, as they made wheels for several different types of vehicles. The model is RC5F Beadlock, and I happened to buy the last set at Xtreme Terrain. You may be able to shop around and see if anyone has them. They had 2 Backspaceings, 3.5 in and 4.5 in. I think there was only 1 color available, Black with Gunmetal beadlock ring. These are very light, weighing in at @ 32lbs shipping weight.

However, Weld Wheels actually made these wheels for Edge Wheels, and they liked them so must they continued to make them. The Weld Wheels are now called Ledge Beadlock W901 and are only available in Satin black. There are 2 backspacings 3.62" (3 5/8 in) or 4.5. I'm assuming since they actually made these for the other company, they should weigh the same. I don't know why the backspacings are different either.

Another big bonus, is that there is no ledge from the bealock to the wheel like other beadlocks, so it doesn't hold water and mud.

Here you go. That red thing is a standard checkbook. The depth is about the same as the width.

Installed the Diabolic Slipstream, Retrofit Offroad tailgate mount and Rotopax mount.
Also installed some Synergy MFG wheel spacers. I’ll need them later when I put 35’s on and I hate the “pigeon toe” look of stock jeeps
