So I dropped my Rubicon off at the dealer day before yesterday and

the dealer asked what that big bag in the rear of your Jeep? Its the seat! Why is it in the bag? 'cause I took it out when I bought it and its still new. Got home with new 2023 Jeep Rubicon and it is now a bagger... But gonna keep the passenger seat in this one unless I decide to go full fu man chu on off-roading again..

My dogs actually like the rear seat gone, gives them more space...

I'm sure that that would somehow be illegal, not to mention probably not a good idea --- an emergency hard braking could launch your passenger(s) backward, right through the tailgate window.

I’m not following you how the backseat passengers would go backward in a hard brake or crash condition unless you were in reverse?
