Wow, an actual smart move by Stellantis considering they are struggling to sell at the ‘24 pricing!

Is this really good enough, or do they need to lower the prices, along with lower loan interest rates?

Rates are with the bank. Stellantis has really nothing to do with that.

Lowering the price would be great!

Seems to me if Jeep is making minimal changes in pricing, that would indicate there will be minimal changes in the product itself.

Or everything will stay the same except the fine print will now say, “drivetrain sold separately.”

The main thing I've noticed are the amount of dealer incentives available to help move overpriced inventory. When I purchased my last three Jeeps ('12, '16, and '20) I don't remember seeing advertised rebates to the levels I do now. There was maybe two or three grand off of MSRP available with haggling, but I'm seeing 2 door Sports with an advertised $7,000 in rebates and Rubicons with $14,000 in advertised rebates from the jump.

Without any kind of hardball tactics, I got $4,500 off on my 2024 Sport last weekend and was easily able to get the dealer to knock off any additional charges for all of their stupid high margin add-ons.

And sure, there's a point where Stellantis drives up invoice pricing so much that the dealers can only offer so much in in rebates, but getting a Sport for $27K or a Rubicon for $49K is price point that will keep inventory turning for now. Dealerships just have to get out of the old mindset of "we have Jeeps you can buy" and start actually "selling" them.

They are advertising big discounts on both the 4XE and the Gladiator too. If you want a gladiator you can get a smoking deal on one.

I think that is what we are going to see for a while. Downside it is will impact people who bought a wrangler in the last year or two as the resale will be pushed down with these big incentives

Hope that this continue into 2025...to get a good deal. Might even be able to jump from a sport to the Willy's with these deals...

I think 2021 to 2022 prices were flat or was that just a 4xe thing, the same build Sahara 4xe was cheaper in 2022 by a couple of hundred dollars, because 2022MY included the proximity as standard equipment vs 2021 where it was an option.

But the battery and high voltage system warranty went from 10 years in 2021 to 8 years in 2022.

I was just taking a look at the Jeep website up here in Canada. Shockingly Jeep drastically reduced the MSRP on the 2 door models. Base MSRP for a Sport went for 46k in 2024 down to 37,700 in 2025. You can now get a 2 Door Willys in 2025 for the price of what a Base sport was in 2024.

Keep in mind that Jeep displays prices with incentives included. So if I build and price a Wrangler, the displayed price would include the current $2,000 rebate. It’s weird, but that’s how they do it. Notice it says “Net Price.”

On the Canadian site if you go to build a ‘24 sport, the base price reflected is with the discount. If you add the value of discount back to the price, the MSRP comes out to around 46k. The ‘25s don’t have a rebate so the starting at price requires no calculation.

Here’s a window sticker of a base ‘24 Sport: https://www.jeep.ca/en/windowsticker/1c4pjxag5rw334549?campaign=campaigncode&affiliate=affiliateid

Window sticker of a base ‘25 being built: https://www.jeep.ca/en/windowsticker/1c4pjxagxsw505043?campaign=campaigncode&affiliate=affiliateid

EDIT: What I do find odd is the base price of the 4 Doors did not go down. So now to jump up to a base 4 Door Sport, it’s 14k more. This makes no sense to me but I’m not a C suite exec.
