Now the question is, does anyone have a door jamb sticker with a GCWR of 9,950-10,300lbs? If yes, then all they need is the proper hitch to LEGALLY tow 5k lbs.
I don't think Wranglers have the GCVWR stamped on the door jamb. Least I haven't seen it. All I see is GVWR and GAWR?

One thing that I think is clear, is that if you upgrade the tires to 35".. you can probably kiss that 5K tow rating away. I think almost all Rubicon owners upgrade at least to 35's. Maybe not those that tow?

In a truck that has the gcwr in the door jamb, tires don't change that so long as they are rated for the axle weight, why would that be different in a Jeep?

In the Tow Rating guide in the manual that was posted, they specifically put down the tire size. So, anything that isn't 285 70 17 it could be inferred the tow rating is affected. But, that's just my thoughts. Who knows for sure given jeep seems to be backing away from it.

Has anyone ever checked the stamping (if there is anything) on the 2024 Rubicon or Rubicon X hitch?
