Nice thanks for sharing. I started doing UOAs after the three free changes. After the first one decided to do oil changes at 7k but had planned trips make me do a couple early. They said I had high Aluminum a few times but searching around for UOAs from other 3rd gen EcoDiesels, I had a hard time finding any that were lower. Some were significantly higher. So the levels we’re producing may not be great, but it could be worse. If yours trends the same as mine your iron will start decreasing soon. Also of note, the two best UOAs (54k & 67k) were when I drove it the hardest. Mountain passes, big hills, headwinds, high temps. I expected horrible results and got the opposite.

I’ve been using Motul Xclean 5w40 and Optilube which, like Hotshots, can increase potassium in UOAs.

Is the top line the miles you are going in between oil changes? If so it looks like this would suggest longer intervals are actually better then shorter.

Yes, I average 7k-7.5k every oil change, every 6 mos

I forgot to mention, Owners manual says every 10k. I change oil & fuel filter every 7k-7.5k

Iron and aluminum are higher than the universal average for this engine. I wonder why. Do you drive the Jeep very hard or did you tow? After 7000 miles, TBN is still 7.4, what a crazy oil. This looks like PUP on steroids

Hi, i don't tow, i do the speed limit, avg 25mpg combined city/hwy. No crazy drving.
Beach is the only offroading at this time. Meticulously maintained since birth
Oil Change & Fuel Filter replaced every 7k7.5k> using OEM specs 5w/40 MS12991 Penzoil
HPFP was replaced under recall at least 2yrs ago now
Not much i can do about it those results, not going to worry about something can't control
Will post my results again @ 100k
Hopefully she lasts that long 🙏 😄
Best wishes

Since Newb was nice enough to be the catalyst, attached is my latest oil analysis for comparison. I forgot to get a sample when I changed the oil a couple weeks ago ~56k miles, but will get another on the next one. I had an oil leak an absolutely incompetent dealer service from around 6k miles, so started tracking oil changes not long after. Goal of ~6000 miles per change for now.
