Greetings all,
I just took delivery of my first Jeep, a brand new JL 2-door Rubicon. I am loving it so far, but there is a nagging issue and I don't know if it's worth getting fixed since it's only nagging.
Anyway, the speedometer needle has a defect, and when it is anywhere from 10-25 mph the back-light bleeds through and kinda shines right in my face. It's weird to describe and obviously taking a picture would be impossible (or at least grossly unsafe) but still I wonder if it's worth getting fixed. It's distracting, but only when the needle is in that range.
They would likely just need to replace the speedo needle, but I have no idea how difficult that is. It might be a 30-minute job or a 3-hour job.
I don't want to be a bother about this, but I also just spent a lot of pretty pennies on this brand new Jeep and expected things like this to be perfect.
Thoughts???
