Advice needed about cargo area shelf

Hello folks-

I am preparing for some overlanding this coming summer and the plan is as fol.lows:

I am deleting the back seats and installing the 100% Goose Gear Plate System and the foam that goes over it. I am making the interior dedicated to sleeping. I'll have a rack on the roof for additional gear (but that's not primary).

What I am looking for is advice on interior cargo shelf that will allow me to put bags, food and stuff so that no drill variety. Pictures and links will be very much appreciated.

At the moment, the Fabtech shelf appears to be leading the pack...

I have a fabtech shelf and can say it's one of the best mods to the jeep - i'm also loading a stroller, 1 year old and wife typically on weekends but it's made my life a million times easier and has great height

This is great but I have two issues with it. One is the middle bottom divider side channels will interfere with the Goose Gear Plate and also makes the sleeping area too narrow for two people. I like the design a lot and really like the two folding panels on top and the little access hatch behind the rear door. In any event, nice piece of equipment. Thanks!!

Yes--that's my favorite at the moment although the Vector Offroad GGB Cargo Basket has also caught my attention....

Good call on the goose gear-that’s nice stuff but i hadn’t thought about the fact that it increases height and probably wouldn’t work. Also you are correct about those wing walls narrowing things enough to make it pretty cozy for two in the back.

hey actually they ship from Ontario CA
got the package today ( 1 day frrom Ontario CA ) and already installed on my JLU
quality is ok and saves lot of space on my cargo area

I looked at this a lot and really like it. It's just so darn expensive!

It is expensive, but with the price you get exceptional quality, attention to detail and no rattling or noises from the system. Adding the yoga matting helped to keep things in place and not sliding around, a good idea for whatever option you go with.
