Yes, b1er, thank you for sharing this information with the community as stated in my message to you.FYI:
As of today, January 4, 2019, TSB 08-001-19 has been released for dealers to perform the manual update using a flash drive. Dealers have access to this TSB through their online technical resources. At this time, if you call the dealer and request for TSB 08-001-19 to be applied to your vehicle, they can perform the repair once you bring it in.
Hi Darlene,Yes, b1er, thank you for sharing this information with the community as stated in my message to you.
We can confirm that TSB 08-001-19 has been released as of Jan. 4, 2019 to address the following symptoms of 2018 Jeep Wrangler JLs:
ā¢ Radio may reset, turn off and then back on.
ā¢ Audio distortion heard during phone calls and Apple CarPlay
ā¢ Rear View Camera (RVC) display screen turns blue or green.
ā¢ Off Road App is missing.
If you have any of the above concerns, please discuss this TSB with your dealer. If you have any further questions, as always, feel free to message us.

I'd have the dealer check out the radio. My radio wasn't receiving a cellular signal so they are replacing the radio next week. I'm glad the TSB is out to install the software for ORP at the dealership but I'd still want a functioning radio that receives future firmware updates. The TSB seems like a quick fix to get ORP working, but I'd focus on why you didn't receive an OTA update. After 4 reboots over three months, my ORP seems to be stable. Got a call from Jeep Cares asking about ORP. They said that they are going to try to transmit the TSB fix along with the dealership fix. But they weren't sure that the OTA fix would work.
This is my fear also... a band-aid to soothe some of us while ignoring the root cause...The TSB seems like a quick fix to get ORP working, but I'd focus on why you didn't receive an OTA update.
Nailed it. I'd get that radio fixed so you don't have to keep going back to the dealership for updates. Again great catch on the TSB posting. This is my fear also... a band-aid to soothe some of us while ignoring the root cause...
Hi Dan,Hi Darlene,
I've been waiting for info on this, too. Does it apply to my case, too?
Geotracker,Any chance we can get this update and do it ourselves as previously messaged by @JeepCares ?
Hi Dan,
Yes, this applies your case as well.
Geotracker,
Yes, our teams are working to make the update available manually from the Uconnect website. Unfortunately, we do not have an ETA at this time, so anyone that would like the Off-Road Pages app immediately can now visit the dealer and have the TSB applied. Let me know if you have further questions.

Thanks, Darlene @JeepCares ! Do they do an actual manual update at the dealership or do they just reboot? If they just reboot, I've already done that several times and still have no off-road pages.Hi Dan,
Yes, this applies your case as well.

Thanks, Darlene! That answers a question I just posted, so no need to reply in the other thread.Hello All,
We have received an update regarding Off-Road Pages. Manual downloads will not be available on driveuconnect.com until further notice, contrary to the information we had previously provided. However, anyone needing the JORP manual download can visit their dealership at any time, as it was just made available at the end of last week.
