Just an update: I noticed that it continues to add back items over the last few days. For example, I lost the traffic lines in my Navi. They were checked, but not showing. Further, it would take forever to load off-road pages each time.

Well, after a few days- everything works and has leveled out. The ORP fires up right away and the lines came back.

So have some patience and it seems much of what people are discussing is being fixed. Could be an update or it could be that it doesn’t finish applying the update for a period of time. Either way, I’ve had it since Saturday and it’s remained on there.

I was prompted for the update after stopping at the grocery store last Saturday. It updated while driving but no radio no uconnect etc while updating. The ghost image only lasted for a few minutes. The backup camera guidelines disappeared but are now back. I still have ORP and it’s been a few days now. Everything seems to be working well.
JLR manufactured July 3rd, 8.4” uconnect

I received the update Sunday night. Had the pages all day Monday, but the GPS and Altimeter functions were intermittent. Worked fine this morning, but when I went to lunch the ICon had disappeared.

When I got to work this morning, I got notice of an update, and told it to install.

I'll check when I leave in about 20 minutes.

I'm not sure about how detailed they get, in terms of FS roads or dirt roads. My old JK had a bread crum feature that traced your path on trails and then you could follow it back out. You could also save them. It became bogged down after several updates and no longer works, but I really wish the JL had that feature in the navigation system.
That feature is there in the JL.

Dear Roy,
Thank you for contacting Jeep Wave Premium Care.
Thank you for your email. I can definitely understand why you'd be
wanting those offroad pages Roy and I apologize sincerely for the
inconvenience of the situation.

I had a moment to look into this further for you Roy and what I was able
to find was that you're not actually the only one this has happened to.
So after further research on my end here, there happens to be another
over the air update rolling out from Sirius XM in the next 24-48 hours
to resolve this concern.
Thank you again for your email. Should you require additional
assistance, or have any new information to provide, please reply to this
email message or call 1-844-JEEP-WAVE (1-844-533-7928).
Sincerely,
Andrew

Well that’s interesting...are the off road pages tied into Sirius? It’d suck if we lose them once Sirius subscription expires for those of us who have no need for Sirius.
