.1% is the battery failure rate, the total number of fires was 19 last time I checked...out of 400k 4xe's sold. That's far lower than the fire rate of standard ICE rigs.

That's the chance of having the issue at all, not the chance that it'll get to the point where it torches the Jeep after being shut off and left, or that the Jeep is close to / in your home when it happens, right?

Maybe, but how many actual fires have there been. Knowing there's a connector issue that could possibly overheat and catch fire is just like the 4xe batteries. It's a very low percentage risk, but they ask have the potential.

I thought I read yesterday somewhere in here that there was like 72 affected across ALL vehicles that have the pump installed. I am good with those odds. LOL....

When I was little we lived in project housing apartments and a woman poured gas on her man while he was asleep in one of the other buildings and set the building on fire. Don't remeber what happened to the dood.
