Alarm on Rubicon ?

[Dues]

Have a 2004 Rubicon
An alarm sounded that I've never heard of before
Lasted a couple of minutes then stopped
Nothing on dashboard
No key fob
Has anyone else ever experienced this ?

This is probably the wrong forum for this question. This forum is primarily for the 2018 - up JL Wrangler.

However, there are some members that have had older Wranglers as well that may be of some assistance.

Maybe add... was this inside the car, outside? Was the noise coming from the instrument cluster? Was it like a siren or a dinging chime?Etc. Just stating an alarm occurred is fairly vague.

I’ve heard of vehicles having a low ambient temp alarm to warn of icy roads (has to be close to freezing).

Any additional info would probably help significantly.
