Anyone add a smoke detector and fire alarm to the Jeep JL? Were did you attach this? I some times sleep in the Jeep and realize there should be an alarm.

A smoke detector in a 4'x6' space for when you're in it? You'd smell smoke before the detector. Notice how you're house typically has the only detectors in common areas? Because you don't need one in every closet. A carbon monoxide detector for sleeping in the vehicle is still overkill but you could make an argument there.

What is happening in your Jeep while you’re asleep that could cause a fire?
I suppose with the recall it is parked…that appears to be enough.

Go with a compact RV-specific or dual smoke/CO detector rather than a standard home one. They're designed for vibration, temperature swings, and tighter spaces like vehicles/campers
