The N3 fuse on the Z Case Fuse Array is the immediate concern. If you blew it (likely), the new AUX (ESS) battery no longer has an electrical connection to the main battery and alternator; once it's drained the Jeep will stop running and/or fail to start.
To prevent this issue until replacement of a faulty Z Case Fuse Array, it's possible to temporarily connect the N3 wire terminal to the unused N4 post (same fuse rating).
