Hey, your little scheme worked, you milked 10-20 for your "inconvenience" plus $50 more hush money. Who do you think will pay for that in the end?
my scheme ???

I was returning the item and giving them bad press because what they did was simply bad business. I received a call after my post from the management and they did what any business should do, FIX THE ISSUE.
Amazon hands down, HANDS DOWN has the best return experience and refund experience out there, no one is even close.
I might not speak to an american when I call them but they do overnight a product free of charge for me and yes give me a credit usually.
This company gave me 50 bucks because I was upset and they made their customer happy.
