EDIT*** I was going to delete this thread but publicity good and bad is never wrong so...
I just received a call from them again and maybe they saw this thread but they are now giving me a 50.00 gift card (for there store) and overnighting me a new kit.. Which IMO is exactly what should be done. so I have to give them credit, while it took maybe this thread or me complaining to the customer service rep I spoke with, they are doing the right thing.

First time buyer from them, ordered a basic 300 dollar 1.75" spacer lift.
Took work off to install today and sure enough its missing 2 of the 4 spacer sleeves for the shock extensions. I called them and since they literally manufacture it themselves and do not drop ship it, they could simply overnight me the missing spacers. lol the gentlemen I spoke with said "someone must have made a mistake and not put them all in there and all I can do is a full return and reorder"
I mean, this to me is why Amazon is such a dominating company, I figured I'd give this Quadratec a shot but talk about horrible customer service.
so I should be punished, they will make me do a full return, won't ship the new one any faster so again, next week now lol. ridiculious
oh and BTW how do they know the next "batch" won't have the missing pieces either...
