EDIT*** I was going to delete this thread but publicity good and bad is never wrong so...

I just received a call from them again and maybe they saw this thread but they are now giving me a 50.00 gift card (for there store) and overnighting me a new kit.. Which IMO is exactly what should be done. so I have to give them credit, while it took maybe this thread or me complaining to the customer service rep I spoke with, they are doing the right thing.

First time buyer from them, ordered a basic 300 dollar 1.75" spacer lift.

Took work off to install today and sure enough its missing 2 of the 4 spacer sleeves for the shock extensions. I called them and since they literally manufacture it themselves and do not drop ship it, they could simply overnight me the missing spacers. lol the gentlemen I spoke with said "someone must have made a mistake and not put them all in there and all I can do is a full return and reorder"

I mean, this to me is why Amazon is such a dominating company, I figured I'd give this Quadratec a shot but talk about horrible customer service.

so I should be punished, they will make me do a full return, won't ship the new one any faster so again, next week now lol. ridiculious

oh and BTW how do they know the next "batch" won't have the missing pieces either...

have to admit i have never had issues with quadrtec orders. always on time and customer service was great the one time i had to work out a small issue. But for lift kits etc I always use forum sponsor @Northridge4x4 for the big parts. Customer service is top notch and they do everything they can to make sure the customer is happy. maybe return the spacer lift and try out northridge4x4 to get your lift. If you call it don't forget to mention the forums.

Everyone I have delt with at Quadratec have gone the extra mile to make things right.

Few years ago I got Quadratec engine/trans and T-case skids, they didn't fit even though they were listed to fit JL and JLU. I called them and Being close'ish to West Chester, PA they asked if I could come in and take a look. I meet with a couple of the designers and after a minor modification to my jeep we got the engine/trans skid to work. they refunded the T-case skid and gave me a huge discount on the engine/trans skid for making the drive. while I was still in the garage they changed the site to reflect the parts were JLU only.

I used to order from them a bunch. But they never have anything in stock anymore.
Extreme terrain has been good to me for Tacoma, Bronco, and Jeep parts. And I usually get stuff in day or two since I’m not too far from them.

My first order from them is still on backorder. It's been over two months. It did not show that it was on backorder when I ordered it. I think this will be my last order from them. One dead pedal is holding up a bunch of powder coating. :|

I will say this, though. I do get an email about twice a month telling me my part is still on backorder, so at least they know I am alive. That's gotta count for sumthin'.

My only issue with them is the claim to have the best prices, which they don’t, and they jack up the MSRP price to make a lot of items look like they are discounted.

I've had good luck with them recently for a set of their branded floor liners, and a set of Rough Country neoprene seat covers. And Mopar oil filters...forgot I had ordered a couple of those.

I've ordered stuff from them sporadically over the last 10+ years and they are decent to work with.

In the future, I would recommend reaching out to their Customer Service team again separately or on here after something goes wrong. In the past, they've always been helpful in that regard. At least give it a shot before prematurely blasting them on a forum they help sponsor.

I’ve ordered multiple times from @Quadratec and they’ve been pretty good overall. Had one mis-ship but they took care of it quickly. No issues with their customer service. I’d order again.

My only negative is that I didn’t win their custom Jeep giveaway… ?

Never had a problem with Quadratec. At least they have a phone number to call. Have you seen any for Amazon?

Amazon is full of counterfeit, unsafe imported crap and full of paid (fake) reviews. Hardly a company one should support or give it as a costumer focused company example.

Each to their own, but calling for boycott seems a bit Karen like. Support your local 4x4 store/shop if you want service.

but you know what Amazon does, they take care of the customer ASAP, right away I'm getting 10-20 bucks for my inconvenience . I was literally told there was nothing they can do, and for me to just return the product then wait for them to receive it and order it again.

crazy thing, I read the entire reviews today and sure enough a couple people had the EXACT problem I had, missing the two spacer sleeves. Sorry but don't ya think they would have this fixed lol

either way, they get a 100% from me as they did fix the problem, overnighted me a new kit and gave me 50 bucks to use. honestly that is better than I expected and will suggest them to everyone going forward now .
