Not normally the cause of vibration, but maybe tire pressure too high? Try 25 psi just to see if it helps. (35x12.5r17 is rated for 7,500 pounds on four tires at 25 psi, so it's fine).

Yeah I'll give that a go. I run about 32 psi cold now. Good chalk pattern at that pressure but I know that isn't always a sure thing.

I've always wondered if the fact that these are load range E on a two door just means that I don't have enough weight to cancel out inconsistencies in the tire construction. Not a tire expert so I'm not even sure if it works like that but E rating well over spec for a two door jeep.

Side walls are impressively flexible when aired down on the trail though.

I was thinking the same, especially since you have E, which is rated to carry 12,000 pounds or more (across four tires). Really C is best for us. Going down to 25 psi could possibly help because the sidewalls would flex a little more, making for a more forgiving tire.

Got a recommendation for if I'm looking to switch it up?
Been reading good things about the newer Maxxis Razr MT. I bought the AT. Have yet to drive it with them.

315/70/17 BFG KM3s just under 7,000 mikes. Spare was rotated in at about 2,500 miles due to torn valve stem. Five tire rotation at 5,000 miles. Zero balance of vibration issues up to 80+ mph if Im not paying attention.

I have considered running these. I've heard reports of varying success with them from friends. I'd definitely give them a go as a last resort. Do you air up and down often?
I do, a lot. The counteract beads and stems were a problem for me. I switched to Magnum, but am still breaking in gears right now. 39’s will go back on after with the Magnum beads which are much bigger and shouldn’t cause valve core issues. At least that’s what we hope.

I've been running 17" Icon rebound pro wheels with KM3 37 x 12.50 R17 tires for 10,000 with no balance issues.
