As I’ve posted previously, I collected my ‘21 Jeep from a little garage in the U.K. called Pewsham Motors. This family business didn't do what was agreed, namely a full service and inspection.
The Jeep is lovely - nacho Rubicon - and I’ll keep it as I really love it but I’m angered at the lack of customer service from the garage.
When I pushed them on what they hadn’t done what they were supposed to, as the Jeep has a start stop fault and no papers to show the service even, they emailed clearly fake papers with tippex over the registration and date etc. It‘s clearly a piece of paper from another vehicle, edited.
I complained to Jeep UK who don’t want to a thing, saying it’s none of their business having a dealership that behaves like that.
So I’m inclined to move on or is it worth pushing Jeep? At the very least, I’d like to have the work paid for at my local dealership.
Thanks for advice.
