What is it with Jeep owners in Houston, TX, these days?

Yesterday it was 20-inch rims; today is f-ugly grilles.

Are they putting too much fluoride in the water...? ?

I think those shark grilles look great for the new Beach Jeeps. I want to see you go all in, though, and weld fins to really give it that land shark look. Hopefully you got Sting Gray, else you will look like Baby Shark et al.

Well you asked, now be prepared for the answers. It's your Jeep do what you want. But the Jeep comes with a distinct grill that is purposely placed. But those grills all look like S--t. use the money on something else like maybe a drive shaft, extra tie rods.

We're all having fun here, but I want to take a moment to say that these angry grills and grumpers actually have a useful purpose that benefits society. They allow you to identify at a great distance people that have no taste, common sense, or intelligence. This saves me from interacting with these fools and wasting my time. So these horrible abominations do have at least that one use.
