Very very funny .Well, I guess your warranty has run out. My Ford F350 developed a computer glitch at 5,000 miles. I started it up and watched the odometer spin up like a digital watch. By the time I got to the dealership...it had added nearly 7,000 miles to the odometer. They fixed the problem...but the odometer still read 12,000 miles. When I demanded that they reset the odometer...they said that would be breaking Federal law so they refused. If I had had to drive a long distance to get it fixed...I would have run through the whole 60,000 miles warranty in hours.
Very very funny .999999, wow are you screwed on your warranty!!
Go Jeep!!!!
THANK YOU, THE MOST HELP SO FAR. I ENTERED MY VIN, NO UP-DATES. SO I CONTACTED CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE CENTER BY EMAIL. TIME WILL TELL.These issues generally get resolved through Uconnect software updates. You enter your VIN and the website tells you if there is an update.

Unfortunately, there is usually a large lag between glitches and software updates. Don't even expect the dealer to know anything about it. My Dodge Charger had an issue where the stereo stayed on overnight and drained the battery. Not only did the dealer not know anything, they actually made up some story about my aftermarket amplifier to clear themselves of any responsibility. Some months later, a TSB (technical service bulletin) described the exact problem and a software update corrected it.THANK YOU, THE MOST HELP SO FAR. I ENTERED MY VIN, NO UP-DATES. Stealers make up everything .Not only did the dealer not know anything, they actually made up some story about my aftermarket amplifier to clear themselves of any responsibility.
Hi muskynut,I'm still getting the 999999, then pops back to normal mileage. Contacted the dealership, they want to "hook it up" i guess to see what the co.puter s says. Probably will be needing a software update. The entire display is all digital, time will tell. CAN'T BELIEVE I'M THE ONLY PERSON WHO HAS BEEN HAVING THIS ISSUE. 999999 OUT.
I’m having the same issue, did you ever get anything resolved on this?Doug,
Look at the post above yours, it's a reply from JEEP CARES, hopefully they start taking this more seriously. Contact them as well, the more reports the better.
