@danny01, thanks a bunch. The diagram was helpful for me to see how to get the sensor out. Maybe I'm being too nervous, but I had a heck of a time getting that out. I ended up putting the windshield down so I could get the pry tool in behind the back part (closest to the windshield) to pry it up...
Also, did you find any rubbing with the 37s you tested? I want to get to those, but I'm not quite ready to do the lift, so I've been holding off. If I could run them with these at least for a while, that'd be cool!
Definitely interested in these. Like them the best of the inner fenders I've seen. Most of the others stamp their initials in it. I like your more subtle approach, especially the freedom version.
Question, what do you recommend in terms of painting? I mean, do we need to get like POR 15? Or is...
@JeepCares, can you tell us how we can do that when dealing with the dealer?
My impression is most folks go in, and each dealer starts from square one rather than leveraging what other dealers have tried (as noted in these threads). One person reported having their Jeep in the dealer for...
@JeepCares, what kind of problem density is required for Jeep to get proactive about this?
We have two threads here now, at least, with numerous customers reporting the problem and that the dealers seem unable to fix. All are Rubicons. Sounds like Jeep should be able to get one of its own...
That's definitely not it. Easily tested for them by swapping tires. My dealer did that and found same issue with other tires.
@jeepdriver99, yes. Sounds like same issue.
This sounds like the same issue over on my thread:

All Rubicons as far as I've seen.
This is definitely not a cabin air pressure issue.
The dealer said they swapped out the tires from a Sahara on the lot (diff tires from Rubi) and could still hear it. So I don't think it's the tires themselves. They did rebalance, and I did find it less loud. But it's still noticeable.
Jeep...
Hey,
I got one of the first back in mid January, and I've loved every minute of mine. A week or so ago, I was out on the closest trails we have here with my boys. Nothing but fun. Yesterday I took an extended scenic drive up/down the Delaware river with the top/doors off. I've enjoyed doing...
I've had this JLUR since mid-January, and I finally took it into the dealer about a month ago. The problem is when hitting around 63mph and until around 67mph, there is a noticeable thrumming noise. Thrum.. thrum.. thrum. You can feel it through the steering wheel and hear it, if you have the...
It took me all of 5s to disconnect the secondary hood sensor like he showed. I've been running without it for months, and my Jeep acts like a normal vehicle now.
Jeep isn't doing this to save us money. They're doing it to get their fleet numbers acceptable to the EPA. It's a stupid feature and...
I bought this drill to keep in my Wrangler: https://amzn.to/2KGbdCi It was $43 when I bought it.. surely could find something comparable. You don't need an impact or anything heavy duty.
I've used it to take everything off of the Jeep--hard top, doors, front license plate, windshield, etc. (And...
