How did you get it in one day? Did they program the odometer directly at the dealership?Once it was diagnosed, it took one day, they proveded a loaner, kept the Wrangler overnight. In that time they would start and stop the jeep to make sure it was fixed. No cost to me, warranty took it all including the loaner.
What you need to do is take it in to service, get them to pay attention to the cluster unit. Jeep Cares was also involved, and they assigned a caseworker. Good luck.
I have been waiting on a new instrument cluster, due to a bad speedometer, for three weeks (since 6/26). They have been holding on to my Jeep because they can not have me adding miles to the odometer. The dealer had to add the odometer reading to the part request so the manufacturer (Jeep) will program the instrument cluster with the odometer. It's been three weeks and now Jeep has changed the part delivery date, again, to 8/3. I gave up on them and picked up my Jeep today extremely frustrated with Jeep. I have a caseworker but he has not been helpful. Just getting him to answer the phone or returning calls has been a challenge. I was told there is now a nationwide parts shortage by my caseworker. Not sure what to do from here.
