After months of tweaking our inner fender designs we were finally able to produce what we feel are the best inner fenders on the market. Our inners allow for a super simple no drill installation and are compatible with all engine models (3.6, 2.0, 392, and diesel models). Our inner fender design offer optimal tire clearance and provide a clean / sleek look. Aesthetically pleasing and highly functional!

These can be found at the link below, and are eligible to be purchased with our forum discount code! (Code: JLFORUM)

Our Front Inner Fenders clean up the front wheel wells while also providing increased tire clearance when the front suspension cycles. Our Front Inner Fenders are a multi piece design with a mud guard to prevent mud and debris from building in the area between your fenders.

  • Made of .063" Aluminum
  • Laser Cut / CNC Formed for Perfect Fitment
  • Mounting hardware included
  • No Drilling Required
  • Increases Tire Clearance in Front Wheel Well
  • Clearance for 40" Tires**
  • Ships Raw Aluminum

**Clearance for 40" Tires on Hemi and Eco Diesel Models will require relocation of the washer fluid tank, and use of the standard CavFab Front inner fender liners. Eco-diesel and Hemi models will clear up to a 38" tire

I may be wrong here, but I don't believe you can split/gut the one piece HA fenders. Meaning you should be able to pull the inners and run these, but you may still be clearance limited by the stock shells.

I REALLY like these!!!!!! DAMN. I would think for the 3.0 &6.4 it would just make sense to get the washer relocation and do the reg inners... cause we are doing this for more room.

Ill have to have designers see if they can look at a render of the high altitude...but I do not believe there are any real structural differences with them so my initial answer would be yes, but ill verify.

Wow, great price, too.
Damn, the price on the fronts is legit! I've no intention of ever going up to 40s. I think Rough country's out the window now. Looks like I'll be buying these soon! ? ? ? ? ❤ ?

We tried to make these competitively priced despite the extra amount of work it takes to allow these to fit perfectly. Hoping they become very popular :)

Everyone knows our 392's have major issues from the heat on the plastic inner fenders. they get soft and start to rub once the engine really gets going. Any heat issue going full metal? (If not I'm putting in an order now.)

Do you have photos on the difference between the Diesel and standard? Debating if it's worth it to go the relocation route just in the unlikely chance I eventually go to 40s.

Or an appropriate question would be is it a full replacement of the Driver's fender, or something that someone could fix with say a sledge-hammer after the fact...

They look nice and clean! I've been under the impression that any aftermarket inner fenders would not work with the factory XR fender flares since those flares are tied to the factory plastic inner fenders. Can someone please confirm?

Just out of curiosity - how come no one ever makes inner fenders that come all the way up to the lip of the fender flare like the factory ones do? Is it not feasible to get metal into a shape like that?
Been wondering about the same... Wheel/tire poke cannot be LEGALLY inspected in PA. And I wanted to keep the XR fender flares.

Been also wondering if mud/water will get into the engine bay due to those cutouts made in the aftermarket inner fenders. They may help with extracting the heat I guess.
