Ours, No.

We designed them around the mounts from the plastic bumper as it seemed they were more popular. Its my understanding the fogs can be transferred from the steel bumper fog mounts to the plastic though.

Not sure why Jeep thought it would be a good idea to make 2 different fog mounts for them.
