Same, CarLinKit 3.0, in the console. Works greatI put a CarLinKit 2.0 in the console almost 5 years ago and it's worked other than the rare disconnect on startup.
I also have the MA-1 and Android. I just park more than 150' awayI have a MA-1 and an android. I just spent six bucks on the switched cable. Done. Thanks for the idea.
LOL... I have the same adapter and experience the same issues. It can be annoying sometimes but overall a great adapter for wireless carplay.I run this one in my center console and have had no problems. If anything works too well. I park near my office window and since the USB ports stay powered for nearly 1 hour after you turn the jeep off, if I get a call it automatically goes to the car play and I have to switch it back to the handset.

I bought this one and of course it did not work in Center console. Is there anything special you have to do? Of course, it works on the dash USB.I have used CarlinKit adapters from 2.0 to the current 5.0 in my center console without any issues.

Nope. Nothing special. Every CarlinKit adapter, 2.0 to 5.0, have all worked in my center console without issue.I bought this one and of course it did not work in Center console. Is there anything special you have to do?
