I carry the same, except the fridge.
I also have small camp stove and a pot.
And extra pair of shoes/boots. My feet tend to find the deepest puddles when walking around in winter.

Pretty good list, except you need some water. A small camping stove can be a life saver, especially to thaw frozen water. Add a backpack to take stuff with you if you have to abandon your vehicle. Good winter boots too.

I've been doing winter road trips for decades. I'm getting ready for my next one and putting my packing list together. What do you keep in your vehicle besides your luggage? Here's my list

  1. Sleeping bag - Mine is a 0° bag.
  2. Travel blanket - If I don't need the sleeping bag
  3. Snow shovel - For... snow
  4. Extra winter coat/pants/hat/gloves - In case I need to hike out of wherever I get stranded
  5. First aid kit
  6. Flashlight
  7. Jumper cables
  8. Tool kit
  9. Air compressor
  10. Extra food
  11. A car refrigerator
  12. Recovery gear (straps, shackles, winch controller)
  13. Tire repair kit
  14. Snow chains if I don't have snow rates tires
Thankfully, I've not needed a few of those but I carry them just in case. What else do you pack?
We have to seek out snow offroad, but I carry the following in case of the Apocalypse

I have Cargo Dog storage so way too many tools. Igloo rather than frig

In addition to your list
Water
Jetboil
Mountain House meals, jerky, nuts, etc
Led road flares
Garmin Inreach or similar
Noco GB40 boost pack in addition to jumper cables
Mophie or similar
Snugpak poncho and blanket in addition to their sleeping bag
GMRS and FRS
Camelbaks with water and scooby snacks of your choice
Wool socks
Semi-auto hole punch if you’re so inclined
Tarp and paracord
Movers blanket
Small saw, fire starter stuff, water purifier
Boo boo kit of over the counter stuff

More stuff I’m forgetting

retired, grumpy, yet, friendly
traction board, a way to communicate via satellite using one of those emergency beacons, pretty cheap considering. Man torch, ie, MEPs auto start torch, for fire. Leave route of travel and expected time back with someone you trust.

someone already said beer, it can thaw a windshield. Bourbon to drink.

I carry a lot closer to this load for off-road trips.

But for road trips, maybe not as much.

If it was a road trip that didn’t end up off-road we would take my wife’s car with less stuff so that’s fair.

Spam in a can, that’s all you need

Jeep Wrangler JL Winter road trip, what do you pack? {filename}
I used to always carry Spam on horse camp trips. I popped a can open one time and got all the eeews, until they tried burnt Spam and eggs between a couple slices of bread.

Regarding water, that was implied with food but not explicitly stated.

And for the fridge, I can't do an external pack outside the car because it could freeze and that's "bad".

I carry the little fridge into the hotel. It's pretty small at 5x8x8". I have a wall plug adapter for it so I can keep everything at a consistent temperature no matter what. Some of the cheap motels I stop at don't have a fridge in the room. Although, in-room fridges are getting way more common than they used to be. Still, it's my meds so I don't take chances.
