Got my Mopar winch plate and Warn Zeon 10-s installed. OEM steel bumper. Getting the inner bumper bolts torqued down was a pain, but otherwise not a bad install.

I used this adapter plate to go between the bumper and the fairlead: https://www.allmoparparts.com/sku/82215528ab.html - it didn't come with any mounting hardware or instructions, but my fairlead did come with some mounting hardware. Just wondering if it is supposed to go through the fairlead, adapter, and bumper - or through the fairlead, adapter, bumper, and also the front of the winch plate. Does it matter? Thanks.

This: Contact Grimm and see if they will just sell you the adaptor plate for the OEM steel bumper. Note the two outside small holes which line up with holes in the bumper,
I just used two of the torx bolts left from removing the OEM top cover plate, these and a couple washers/nuts on the inside will pull it flush with the bumper.

Sorry, when I first responded I was thinking winch mounting plate just because it was such a PITA!

HazardSky makes custom fairlead adapters in lots of colors. I reached out to them and they have a new model that will have a bend to conform to the shape of the bumper. I'll order one once they have some pictures available.
