Why is Terraflex adjustable trackbar noisy/loose

Ok, little help needed here. I’ve seen some bad reviews wondering if this is a common issue or if I’m just an idiot and done something wrong. When turning left the trackbar is clanky as you can see in the video showing the adjustment nut. Also, in general, it doesn’t fit well and seems loose. Everything is torqued to spec. Any fixes/suggestions for this?

In your second video, the frame side is supposed to be able to rotate like that.
In your first video, the collar on the axle side I'm pretty sure it's doing that because you didn't torque those bolts down correctly on the collar. You have to go back and forth between the two bolts SEVERAL times.

@TeraFlex - sound about right?

In your first video, the collar on the axle side I'm pretty sure it's doing that because you didn't torque those bolts down correctly on the collar. You have to go back and forth between the two bolts SEVERAL times.

Thanks for the reply. i did re-torque and it looks and sounds much better.

BDinTX is correct, going back and forth tightening the clamp bolts is the key to remove that play. For reference, we have a YouTube video explaining it better.
