It will likely be the small trim piece at the bottom front corner of the window, next to the rearview mirror. I popped it off, taped over the holes under it with quality duct tape, then put just a slice in the tape for the alignment pins and clips to go though. Then I put 3M automotive molding tape around the edges of the trim pieces before putting it back on. The wind noise was very significantly reduced after that.
