Whistling Windshield still an issue

Jeep Rubicon 2018 JL has been in the shop for a week trying to fix the whistling windshield issue to no avail. Re-sealing did not work. New Windshield has been ordered, two weeks till arrival.....what???? Seriously. The only place this Jeep has been since purchase two weeks ago is the service department. I am beyond frustrated with it. If anyone has a fix for this other than re-seal or replace please post. Thank you. Such an quality fiasco.

Yes thanks I think I have read everything that's been published about the issue and it still is an issue. Beyond frustrating......

What did they try re-sealing, the windshield glass itself? If that didn't work I can't see how a new glass pane would.

Got a new windshield under warranty for the whistling at around 4,000 mi. Not a big deal, with my dealership at least.

The seal and glass are built together as one unit.

There is also a seal between the folding window frame and the A pillar.

Dealer trimmed the gasket around the outside of the windshield and I have been whistle-free ever since. They told me at the time there would be a TSB coming out on it but I’m not sure if that ever materialized. I hope your’s gets squared away soon.
