Which Dash Cam

Its actually working very well. Video with it is pretty good. I research a lot too and at the time, it seemed this was one of the better ones for night recording etc. It does not have a battery or super capacitor but does wire into the Jeep itself. It also has a voltage cut off switch so it the battery drops below a certain point, it will turn itself off to not drain the battery. So far, for what I paid for it, I am impressed.

It actually does have one or the other tho. It's what allows short term recording in an accident when the vehicle battery power is lost.

BTW, my 2 favorite Jeep colors. Good job on those selections.

Looking at its specs, it mentions no capacitor or battery. If I pull power on it, it shuts off immediately.

The one I have is Viofo A119 mini 2.

Nice. Same color rings as the wife's. At first I wondered why you posted a picture of hers lol.

Her front bumper looks different now though since I have painted the trim around the bezels for her. They match the body. Her rear tow hook was done the same.

Yeah she does. That isnt all of them either. A lot are in the house cause they wont fit out there ROFL. There have been days shes messaged me and gotten 4+ while she was out lol. She loves it. Makes her feel good.

When you say variable bit rate, do you mean for normal video or park mode? Ill have to look at it next time Im out there. I think Im pretty done roasting today. I already put Oracle bumper lights in the wife's Jeep earlier and attempted and failed to put some decals on the side windows.
